After years of serving as an Administrator, engaging deeply with employee concerns and client relationships, our Founder embarked on a new path that would redefine her career and life’s work. Motivated by a profound compassion for those in need, she transitioned into the healthcare sector as a Nursing Assistant. This decision was fueled by an intense personal reflection and a desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Her first assignment, a one-on-one role at a facility caring for an elderly client, set the stage for what Splendid Comfort Care would later embody. With a heart full of passion and unwavering dedication, she delivered care that didn’t just meet expectations but deeply touched the hearts of those she served. Recognized by clients and their families, our Founder was quickly known for her exceptional care, which prompted a client to request an extension of her hours, a testament to the impact of her heartfelt service.

Our mission and vision
Splendid Comfort Care is committed to providing high-quality care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).
We prioritise providing state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly trained professionals and aides. Proper training is paramount to making good on this promise. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we also provide them with in-depth specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.
At Splendid Comfort Care, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This is at the heart of everything we do.
We give everyone we support the opportunity to continue to live life to the full. We actively encourage Service Users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately to move on to more independent living arrangements.
